En el fútbol profesional colombiano concurren dos regímenes disciplinarios buscan regular o controlar el comportamiento de los jugadores tanto dentro y como fuera del terreno de juego. Como consecuencia de esa convergencia, resulta necesario determinar como operan cada uno de estos regímenes y si entre ellos puede existir una relación o influencia en donde los clubes deportivos pueden incorporar en su reglamento interno de trabajo nuevas infracciones laborales como consecuencia de la ejecución de conductas consideradas como antirreglamentarias por el régimen disciplinario deportivo.
Abstract
In Colombian professional football there are two disciplinary regimes seeking to regulate or control the behavior of players both on and off the pitch. As a result of that convergence, it is necessary to determine how each of these schemes operate and whether there may be a relationship or influence between them in which sports clubs may incorporate in their internal labour regulations new labour infringements as a result of the execution of conduct considered to be anti-regulatory by the sports disciplinary regime.
