Hischa gue muê, Muê gue hischa, lo que es adentro, es afuera : camino del retorno de la gente Mhuysqa en el oriente de Cundinamarca

La hipótesis que sostengo en este trabajo es que las experiencias internas de un proceso comunitario o movimiento social no pueden comprenderse separadas de las experiencias externas; más bien, unas son reflejo de las otras. De operar una separación analítica, se debe tener en cuenta que “lo que es adentro, es afuera”, que las barreras pueden ser transparentes, como de cuarzo, y lo que sucede en un escenario interno se vincula profundamente con lo que sucede en un escenario externo. El objetivo general de este trabajo, entonces, es explicar cómo se puede aplicar el concepto Hischa gue muê, Muê gue hischa al análisis teórico y al trabajo con movimientos sociales, a partir, por supuesto, de mi experiencia de trabajo y de análisis con la Comunidad Mhuysqa de Oriente. Para tal fin, me propongo como objetivos específicos: primero, narrar la experiencia organizativa de la Comunidad Mhuysqa de Oriente; segundo, analizar cómo los disensos en la política cotidiana de la comunidad configuran lo político en la misma, y, tercero, reflexionar sobre el papel de la Comunidad Mhuysqa de Oriente en el movimiento Mhuysqa.

Abstract

The hypothesis that I maintain in this work is that the internal experiences of a community process or social movement cannot be understood separately from the external experiences; rather, some are a reflection of the other. If an analytical separation operates, it must be taken into account that “what is inside is outside”, that the barriers can be transparent, like quartz, and what happens in an internal setting is deeply linked to what happens in a external stage. The general objective of this work, then, is to explain how the concept Hischa gue muê, Muê gue hischa can be applied to theoretical analysis and to work with social movements, starting, of course, from my work experience and analysis with the Mhuysqa Community of the East. To this end, I propose as specific objectives: first, to narrate the organizational experience of the Mhuysqa Community of the East; second, to analyze how disagreements in the daily politics of the community shape the political in it, and, third, to reflect on the role of the Mhuysqa Community of the East in the Mhuysqa movement.
