Prototipo siglo XXI - Hábitat incluyente para Bogotá

El prototipo siglo XXI está ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá, específicamente en las localidades Kennedy. Debido a la oferta y tendencia de apartamentos que se están construyendo en estas zonas y en la ciudad se proponen áreas desde 36m2, teniendo en cuenta unos lineamientos en el prototipo importantes como son la flexibilidad en la configuración y el diseño del espacio, por medio de módulos, que cumpla con los estándares mínimos para el desarrollo de todas las personas, combinado con materiales colores y texturas generando sensaciones diferentes una lógica eco – estética, y sin duda ofrecer confort para todas las personas que habiten el espacio. Este debe cumplir con ser flexible en el uso, simple e intuitivo, el tamaño debe atender la operatividad de cualquier persona, esto va de la mano con la estructura que tiene una modulación mínima de 1,50, medida mínima del radio de giro de una silla de ruedas, así mismo, generando una organización interior para la distribución del mobiliario. Cabe mencionar que unas de las características que hacen parte de los 3 prototipos es la relación con la estructura ecológica principal, porque, sin duda, son parte importante del contexto y la ubicación de cada proyecto. Lo anterior en conjunto con un desarrollo arquitectónico adecuado de cada edificio, sin perjuicio del contexto exterior, pensando en el bienestar psicológico y su relación con la naturaleza de los habitantes del lugar.

Abstract

The XXI century prototype is located in the city of Bogotá, specifically in Kennedy. Due to the offer and trend of apartments that are being built in these areas and in the city, areas from 36m2 are proposed, taking into account important guidelines in the prototype such as flexibility in the configuration and design of the space, through modules, which meet the minimum standards for the development of all people, combined with materials, colors and textures, generating different sensations, an eco-aesthetic logic, and undoubtedly offering comfort for all the people who reside in this space. This must comply with being flexible in use, simple and intuitive, the size must meet the operation of any person, the structure has a minimum modulation of 1.50, minimum measure of the turning radius of a wheelchair, likewise, generating an interior organization for a ergonomic distribution of furniture. It is important to mention that one of the characteristics that make part of the 3 prototypes is the relationship with the main ecological structure, because, without a doubt, they are an important part of the context and location of each project. The above in total with an appropriate architectural development of each building, without prejudicing the external context, thinking about the psychological comfort and it’s relationship with the nature of the habitants of the place.
