Abstract
Ewing0s sarcoma (ES) is an osseous and soft tissue aggressivesarcoma affecting mostly young males. Clinically ES presentswith swelling and pain of the involved area. Early metastasesare common to lung, pleura, other bones, brain, and liver; how-ever, cutaneous metastases are extremely uncommon.1,2Wepresent a peculiar case in a young patient with ES of the rightcalcaneus with rapid onset of metastases to the skin 5 daysbefore death.
