Titre anglais
Development of a predictive model for a manufacturing system oriented to Industry 4.0résumé
Abstrait
The
predictive monitoring of manufacturing processes in any organization aims to
forecast the behavior of the system and thus proactively make decisions that
improve its efficiency. Various predictive monitoring techniques have been
proposed in the past, most of them based on the analysis of historical data
related to the process and using techniques from different disciplines such as
Process Mining. This project consists of the development of a predictive model
for a manufacturing system oriented to Industry 4.0. The simulated system is
based on the production system that is currently installed in the manufacturing
learning laboratories of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. The methodology
used to develop the model consists of 6 stages whose definition is based on the
literature review of similar works developed and is mainly based on the stages
of the work guide for data mining projects CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard
Process for Data Mining). Through the Process Mining tools provided by the
Celonis software, a descriptive analysis of the system was carried out and
finally, by means of a code developed by Nirdizati Org in Python, the
predictive model was created. This model provides information on the time
remaining for a product that is in process. Knowing this information at the
right time can leverage good decision making to optimize the performance of the
manufacturing system.
