A través del concepto de "Código Rojo" del filósofo Slavoj Zizek, esta tesis analiza las estrategias de auto-control que la Policía Nacional de Colombia desarrolló durante el contexto de la década de 1990 como respuesta a las necesidades que estaba presentando la institución y también, como un motivo para resignificar su imagen y lograr contundencia en sus responsabilidades constitucionales.
Abstract
Through the concept of "red code" from the philosopher Slavoj Zizek, this thesis analyzes the strategies of self-control that the National Police of Colombia developed during the context of the 1990 decade as a response to the necessities that the institution was passing by and also, as a reason to redefine their imagen and being forceful in their constitutional responsibilities.
