La literatura infantil nos permite acercanos a la perspectiva de mundo del niño, su voz y a cuestionar nuestras nociones de lo que es la infancia y lo infantil. Así como esta rama de la literatura nos da la oportunidad ver el mundo con el niño en su cotidianidad, también podemos acercanos a los hitos o los temas difíciles que, muchas veces, los adultos no nos atrevemos a plantear con los infantes; uno de estos temas es la muerte.
Mi trabajo de grado consta de dos partes principales: análisis y creación. En la primera parte [análisis] planteo la definición de literatura infantil que se tendrá en cuenta a lo largo del trabajo y, en cinco subcapítulos, realizo una lectura cuidadosa de algunos libros que integran la muerte en sus narrativas para niños; todos los libros tienen aproximaciones diferentes al tema [la muerte] y componentes visuales que aportan a la lectura e interpretación de sus propuestas. En la segunda parte [creación] muestro el proceso de planteamiento y creación de "No Me Olvides", mi libro de literatura infantil; este libro nace de la recuperación de herramientas a través de descubrimientos primer momento del trabajo y la aplicación de las mismas, además de mi experiencia profundamente personal con la muerte y su cercanía.
Abstract
Children's literature allows us to get close to children's perspective on the world, their voices and questioning our own notions of what is childhood and what do we think is for children. As well as this branch of literature gives us the opportunity of observing the world with the kids in their everyday life, we can also approach milestones or hard topics that, usually, us adults don't dare to pose with children; one of these topics is death.
My work is made of two main parts: analysis and creation. In the first part [analysis] y propose a definition of childdren's literature that will be taken into account within the work and -in five subchapters- I make a close reading of some books that include death in their narratives for children; every book has its own approach to the topic [death] and a visual component that play an important part in its reading and interpretation. In the second part [creation] I show the process of proposing and creating "Don't forget me", my book; this book is originated from tools of discoverings from the first part of the work and their application, plus my own, deeply personal, experience with death.
