El centro yubarta se sitúa en uno de los sectores con mayor importancia ambiental y ecosistémica para el mundo, Nuqui, en el departamento de choco colombia, una zona que ha sido muy impulsada por el conflicto armado trayendo consigo el uso de cultivos ilícitos y contaminación ambiental también a causa de la sobre explotación de pesquerías de arrastre y propuestas de infraestructura y megaproyectos que afectarían considerablemente estos ecosistemas, es por esto que el centro toma postura sobre el problema y tiene en cuenta el concepto de arquitectura de lugar y la conservación de los ecosistemas marinos para proponer un centro de monitoreo basado en el intercambio de saberes teniendo en cuenta los conocimientos científicos y tradicionales.
Abstract
The yubarta center is located in one of the sectors with the greatest environmental and ecosystem importance for the world, Nuqui, in the department of Choco Colombia, an area that has been strongly promoted by the armed conflict, bringing with it the use of illicit crops and environmental contamination also because of the overexploitation of trawling fisheries and proposals for infrastructure and megaprojects that would considerably affect these ecosystems, which is why the center takes a position on the problem and takes into account the concept of place architecture and the conservation of ecosystems seafarers to propose a monitoring center based on the exchange of knowledge taking into account scientific and traditional knowledge.
