La adaptación e implementación de la metodología propuesta en este documento permitirá a las empresas en el desarrollo de actividades de teletrabajo en Colombia, contar con una herramienta procedimental detallada con la cual podrán incrementar la capacidad de respuesta a incidentes de seguridad, investigación y análisis forense informático, con el desarrollo de procedimientos técnicos y operativos, conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de hardware y software y el perfil del personal que hará parte del equipo de respuesta en el sitio de ocurrencia del incidente. Es fundamental que los empleados comprendan los aspectos relevantes ante un incidente informático, además de conocer la metodología, estándares, directrices, recomendaciones para el manejo de la evidencia digital, las técnicas, procedimientos y herramientas al momento de realizar una investigación y análisis forense, cumpliendo con el objetivo del marco legal al momento de actuar como el primer respondiente.
Abstract
The adaptation and implementation of the methodology proposed in this document will allow companies in the development of teleworking activities in Colombia, to have a detailed procedural tool with which they can increase the capacity to respond to security incidents, investigation and computer forensic analysis. , with the development of technical and operational procedures, knowledge and management of hardware and software tools and the profile of the personnel that will be part of the response team at the site of the incident. It is essential that employees understand the relevant aspects of a computer incident, in addition to knowing the methodology, standards, guidelines, recommendations for handling digital evidence, techniques, procedures and tools when conducting an investigation and forensic analysis, complying with the objective of the legal framework and the laws at the time of acting as the first responder.
