El objetivo del presente proyecto de grado consistió en elaborar un análisis jurídico sobre la competencia del Tribunal Arbitral del Deporte (TAS), la validez y la fuerza ejecutoria de las decisiones tomadas con respecto a las controversias dentro de los organismos del fútbol colombiano en aras a garantizar una seguridad jurídica, ajustada a las normas de los organismos internacionales del fútbol para proteger a todos los intervinientes colombianos dentro del deporte y estar siempre acogidos a las normas rectoras a nivel mundial.
Abstract
The objective of this degree project was to develop a legal analysis of the jurisdiction of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the validity and enforceability of the decisions made regarding disputes within Colombian football organizations for the sake of guarantee legal security, adjusted to the rules of international football organizations to protect all Colombian participants in the sport and always comply with the governing rules worldwide.
