Perspectives on the implementation of the chair of Afro-Colombian studies in three public schools in Bogotá between 2018 and 2022. Analysis, systematization and recommendations to create plural and diverse educational institutionsResumen
Los autores hacen un ejercicio de sistematización de experiencias a partir de la pregunta y problema de investigación; ¿Cómo se ha implementado la cátedra de estudios afrocolombianos (CE de ahora en adelante) en tres instituciones educativas de Bogota entre los años 2018 y 2022?. Para dar respuesta a este interrogante utilizamos la metodología de Oscar Jara sobre sistematización de experiencias, para lo cual es fundamental hacer parte de la experiencia que se desea rastrear y tener acceso a los registros o documentos que sirven de soporte a la investigación. A partir de lo anterior se realizó una exhaustiva revisión de documentos oficiales como son el PEI, Manuales de Convivencia, Actas de consejo directivo y académico reuniones de área, entrevistas a estudiantes, docentes, directivos docentes y otras personas que nos pudieran dar cuenta de lo realizado en torno a la CEA, lo cual se convierte en un primer punto de antecedentes
Igualmente, se realizó un seguimiento a las actividades que se realizan en torno a la CEA o que al menos están cerca o se puedan asimilar con la afrocolombianidad durante el 2018 y 2022 y con lo anterior dar un diagnóstico de la situación real de la CEA en estas instituciones, lo cual puede servir de reflejo de lo que sucede en otras instituciones educativas de Bogotá y del país, sin embargo, tratamos de avanzar hacia el establecimiento de puntos de encuentro y desencuentros de las tres experiencias lo cual es nuestro segundo punto respecto a las comparaciones y finalmente, esbozamos un tercer punto dado en las conclusiones y recomendaciones en torno al devenir de la CEA a nivel nacional y distrital
Abstract
The authors carry out an exercise of systematizing experiences based on the research question and problem; How has the Chair of Afro-Colombian Studies (CE from now on) been implemented in three educational institutions in Bogota between 2018 and 2022? To answer this question, we use Oscar Jara's methodology on systematizing experiences, for which it is essential to be part of the experience to be tracked and have access to the records or documents that support the investigation. Based on the above, an exhaustive review of official documents was carried out, such as the PEI, Coexistence Manuals, Minutes of the board of directors and academic area meetings, interviews with students, teachers, teaching directors and other people who could give us an account of what carried out around the CEA, which becomes a first point of background
Likewise, a follow-up was carried out on the activities that are carried out around the CEA or that are at least close to or can be assimilated with Afro-Colombianity during 2018 and 2022 and with the above to give a diagnosis of the real situation of the CEA in these institutions, which can serve as a reflection of what happens in other educational institutions in Bogotá and the country, however, we try to move towards the establishment of meeting points and disagreements of the three experiences, which is our second point regarding the comparisons and finally, we outline a third point given in the conclusions and recommendations regarding the future of the CEA at the national and district level.
