Abstract
The document constitutes a comparative analysis of the PBOT and EOT of the municipalities
of La Calera and Guasca Cundinamarca, in the processes of suburbanization in projects of
rural housing, and the response of the municipalities to the urban dynamics in the territory in which
road corridor of the Perimetral Oriental de Bogotá PBO; from a governance perspective, and
comprehensive planning in light of a metropolitan framework
