Administración y gerencia del hogar inhaus

Tras el deterioro y la mala administración que se da en las relaciones Patrón / trabajador doméstico, Colombia experimenta a través del Ministerio de trabajo más de 19.000 solicitudes por inexactitud o inexistencia de pago de prestaciones sociales a trabajadores domésticos. Muchas de estas solicitudes se materializan en demandas lo cual exhorta al patrón a pagar salarios caídos, prestaciones y sanciones no pagadas al demandante. En ocasiones las órdenes de pago emitidas por jueces de la república llegan hasta el pago de pensiones de subsistencia de por vida al extrabajador o a su conyugue cuando este ha fallecido. Por lo anterior, nuestro proyecto busca garantizar la vinculación de las profesionales domésticas, a través de un servicio digital doméstico, con la cobertura de todas la obligaciones legales; nuestra misión es la de acompañar al patrón y al trabajador doméstico a través de servicios empaquetados los cuales buscan crear y mantener absolutamente toda la relación entre el patrón y su empleado doméstico. Esto garantizará sostenibilidad, alto desempeño y buen ambiente al interior del hogar. Y nuestra propuesta de valor se orienta al gerenciamiento de los hogares, donde no solo se garantiza la vinculación formal del empleado doméstico, si no que incluimos adicionales con tecnología y una eficiente administración, haciendo parte activa antes, durante y después de la relación Hogar/Empleado doméstico.

Abstract

Following the deterioration and mismanagement of employer/domestic worker relations, Colombia is experiencing, through the Ministry of Labour, more than 19,000 applications for inaccuracy or non-payment of social benefits to domestic workers. Many of these requests result in lawsuits urging the employer to pay back wages, benefits, and unpaid penalties to the plaintiff. Sometimes the payment orders issued by judges of the republic go as far as the payment of subsistence pensions for life to the former worker or his spouse when he has died. Therefore, our project seeks to guarantee the linking of domestic professionals, through a domestic digital service, with the coverage of all legal obligations; Our mission is to accompany the employer and the domestic worker through packaged services which seek to create and maintain absolutely the entire relationship between the employer and his domestic employee. This will ensure sustainability, high performance and good atmosphere inside the home. And our value proposition is oriented to the management of households, where not only the formal link of the domestic employee is guaranteed, but we also include additional ones with technology and efficient administration, taking an active part before, during and after the Home/Domestic Employee relationship.
