Subvertir espacios, narrativas y corporalidades : las prácticas artísticas colectivas de House of Yeguazas

Esta investigación aborda las prácticas artísticas colectivas de House of Yeguazas, una colectiva multidisciplinar ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá. Reconstruyendo las trayectorias individuales de sus miembros, las relaciones entre ellas, sus productos artísticos y los procesos que desarrollan, se busca indagar por las maneras en que estas formas de creación artística colectiva permiten tramitar marginalidades y violencias generando procesos de resistencia que proponen otras formas de vida, identidades y cuerpxs diversxs y dinámicas artísticas que se salen del canon establecido.

Abstract

This research addresses the collective artistic practices of House of Yeguazas, a multidisciplinary collective located in the city of Bogotá. Reconstructing the individual trajectories of its members, the relationships between them, their artistic products and the processes they develop, the project seeks to investigate the ways in which these forms of collective artistic creation allow marginalization and violence to be processed, generating practices of resistance that propose other forms of life, diverse identities and bodies and artistic dynamics that go beyond the established canon.
