San Francisco. Naturaleza y pintura como espacios contemplativos

Este proyecto consiste en tres pinturas al óleo en gran formato, en las que se retratan diferentes elementos de la finca “San Francisco” (el territorio, el árbol y la quebrada). Por medio de la memoria y la experiencia, relato cómo en estos espacios he podido tener momentos de contemplación y cómo la pintura ha sido otra forma de acercarme a esta sensación de “estar solo en el presente”. Reconozco de este modo que ambos espacios son momentos de aprendizaje, de conexión espiritual y donde es posible conocerse mejor.

Abstrait

This project consists of three large-format oil paintings depicting different elements of the "San Francisco" farm (the land, the tree, and the creek). Through memory and experience, I narrate how in these spaces I have had moments of contemplation and how painting has been another way of approaching this sensation of "being only in the present." In this way, I recognize that both spaces are moments of learning, spiritual connection, and where it is possible to get to know oneself better.
