Las reglas de la responsabilidad civil permean esferas intimas como las relaciones de familia. Los avances jurisprudenciales dan cuenta de que hay lugar a reparación por perjuicios causados en el matrimonio o unión marital de hecho, y puede haber lugar a condena por alimentos si se supera el análisis de capacidad y necesidad.
Abstrait
The rules of civil liability permeate intimate spheres such as family relationships. Jurisprudential advances show that there is room for reparation for damages caused in marriage or common-law marital union, and there may be room for alimony if the analysis of capacity and necessity is overcome.
