La jornada laboral de 4 días cada vez más parece ser una realidad en nuestro país. Hace parte del proceso de avanzar hacia una legislación laboral garantista. Se vuelve pertinente entonces la revisión de experiencias internacionales desde las legislaciones de Brasil y Chile en este tema en específico. De igual forma, las cifras laborales de organismos internacionales como las de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) dan luces sobre la realidad y los efectos de estos cambios en la legislación laboral colombiana.
Abstract
The 4-day workday increasingly seems to be a reality in our country. It is part of the process of advancing towards a more protective labor legislation. It is therefore pertinent to review international experiences from the legislation of Brazil and Chile on this specific issue. Furthermore, labor figures from international organizations such as the International Labor Organization (ILO) shed light on the reality and effects of these changes in Colombian labor legislation.
