El Hogar Primero : atlas familiar y doméstico

El presente trabajo de grado parte de la noción de “hogar primero” como espacio de construcción de la identidad familiar y establece a los abuelos como figuras preservadoras y transmisoras de memoria. Por medio de la creación de un atlas familiar y doméstico, en el que se recopilan múltiples huellas de la memoria como fotografías, narrativas conversacionales y textos, se busca comprender como la identidad que se construye en el hogar primero es heredada por nuevas generaciones a partir de las distintas formas de memoria individual, colectiva y posmemoria. Del mismo modo, se busca analizar dichos soportes y mecanismos de memoria para comprender como pueden interpelar a quienes interactúen con ellos. Así el recorrido por dicho atlas propone la visita a 5 hogares primeros, con el propósito de invitar a interactuar a su receptor, plantear un cuestionamiento respecto a sus memorias, e incidir en la construcción de su propia noción de identidad.

Abstract

This thesis is based on the notion of "first home" as a space where family identity emerges and establishes grandparents as memory preserving and transmitting figures. Through the creation of a family and domestic atlas, in which multiple traces of memory are compiled such as photographs, conversational narratives and texts, this proposal intends to comprehend how the identity that emerges in that first home is inherited by new generations through different forms of individual and collective memory, as well as postmemory. Moreover, it seeks to analyze these memory mechanisms and vehicles to understand how they question those who interact with it. Thus, the atlas proposes a visit through 5 first homes as an invitation to interact with it, raising a question regarding personal memories and the construction and mobilization of the notion of identity.
