El conflicto armado ha tenido un impacto vigente en múltiples grupos sociales, uno de ellos son los miembros de la fuerza pública, quienes por la falta de una política de víctimas integral se ven constantemente invisibilizados en las dinámicas de reconocimiento y reparación. Este trabajo se enfoca en las víctimas militares del Ejército Nacional, quienes, si bien dialogan con las demás fuerzas, son el grupo más voluminoso, dada la cobertura que tienen las unidades operativas del Ejército a nivel nacional. De esta manera, la investigación busca identificar las particularidades y vulnerabilidades que atraviesan las víctimas militares, en el ejercicio de humanizarlas y realizar una crítica a la construcción unilateral de memoria histórica sobre el conflicto armado, teniendo en cuenta que esta debe integrar a los sectores que se vieron afectados por la violencia, sin importar su procedencia o vínculos laborales con el Estado. Para lograr este objetivo, se realiza un recorrido histórico desde el contexto en el que los militares son vulnerados, el marco legislativo aplicable y separatista aplicable a las víctimas, las consecuencias de la estigmatización y memoria unilateral, el trascender de los soldados afectado y reflexiones en torno a la construcción de memoria histórica del conflicto armado colombiano.
Abstract
The armed conflict has had an ongoing impact on multiple social groups, one of them being the members of the public forces, who, due to the lack of a comprehensive victim’s policy, are constantly invisible in the dynamics of recognition and reparation. This work focuses on the military victims of the National Army, who, although they are in dialogue with the other forces, are the largest group, given the coverage of the Army's operational units at the national level. In this way, the research seeks to identify the particularities and vulnerabilities that military victims go through, in the exercise of humanizing them and criticizing the unilateral construction of historical memory about the armed conflict, considering that this should integrate the sectors that were affected by the violence, regardless of their origin or labor ties with the State. In order to achieve this objective, a historical journey is made from the context in which the military are violated, the applicable and separatist legislative framework applicable to the victims, the consequences of stigmatization and unilateral memory, the transcendence of the affected soldiers and reflections on the construction of historical memory of the Colombian armed conflict.
