Voces de las mujeres de la guerra. Acciones colectivas de las mujeres excombatientes de las FARC (2016-2023)

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar y reflexionar sobre las acciones colectivas que las mujeres excombatientes de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC), han desarrollado después de la firma del Acuerdo de Paz en 2016. Esto a partir de un proyecto de investigación con enfoque cualitativo, el cual contó con la experiencia de dos mujeres excombatientes que actualmente se encuentran en proceso de reincorporación y están en organizaciones de mujeres excombatientes. La participación de las mujeres excombatientes de las FARC en el ámbito público y privado, luego de la reincorporación a la vida civil, sigue siendo un fenómeno social que se debe visibilizar, ya que es un proceso en el cual estas mujeres, después de haber formado parte de un grupo armado y haber vivido en un entorno militarizado, se reintegren y buscan encontrar su lugar en diferentes ámbitos de la vida cotidiana, sobre todo, su papel como mujer en la sociedad civil. Este fenómeno implica desafíos y transformaciones para las mujeres excombatientes y para la sociedad, y puede tener repercusiones significativas en la construcción de una paz sostenible y equitativa. Los hallazgos arrojan que las mujeres excombatientes se han organizado a raíz del proceso de reincorporación para fortalecer su paso a la vida civil. Estas se han involucrado en cooperativas, proyectos y asociaciones, donde desarrollaron diferentes herramientas para su estabilidad económica y, así mismo, para que sus demandas sean escuchadas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and reflect on the collective actions undertaken by former female combatants of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) after the signing of the Peace Agreement in 2016. It is based on a qualitative research project that included the experiences of two former female combatants who are currently in the process of reintegration and are part of organizations of former female combatants. The participation of former FARC female combatants in both public and private spheres after reintegration into civilian life remains a social phenomenon that needs to be highlighted. This process involves these women, who were once part of an armed group and lived in a militarized environment, reintegrating and seeking to find their place in different aspects of everyday life, particularly their role as women in civil society. This phenomenon presents challenges and transformations for both the former combatants and society and may have significant implications for the construction of a sustainable and equitable peace. The findings reveal that former female combatants have organized themselves as part of the reintegration process to strengthen their transition to civilian life. They have engaged in cooperatives, projects, and associations, where they have developed various tools to ensure economic stability and, at the same time, to make their demands heard.
