Cambios en las narrativas de los padres sobre su hijo (A) con parálisis cerebral debido a la hipoterapia

Resumen
El objetivo del presente trabajo fue describir los cambios que se producen en las narrativas de los padres de hijos (as) con parálisis cerebral sobre esta condición, sobre su hijo (a) y su incidencia en las narrativas sobre la interacción padres e hijo (a) debido al proceso terapéutico con hipoterapia que se lleva a cabo en la Fundación Centro Colombiano de Hipoterapia al que el hijo (a) asiste. Los participantes se seleccionaron de manera intensional de los pacientes de la Fundación. Basándose en la teoría de la terapia Narrativa se les aplicó una entrevista en profundidad, con la que se les indagó, por medio de tópicos conversacionales y preguntas orientadoras, el proceso que se ha llevado a cabo en hipoterapia. Se encontró que debido a hipoterapia se presenta un cambio en las narrativas de los padres, sobre su hijo, aunque no se pudo indagar sobre los cambios en las narrativas sobre parálisis cerebral.
Abstract
The objective of the present work was to describe the changes that are produce in the narratives of the parents of children with cerebral palsy regarding this condition, about their child and the impact on the narratives over the interaction parent and child due to the therapeutic process with Hyppotherapy that takes place at the Fundación Centro Colombiano de Hipoterapia where the child assist. The participants were intentionally selected off the patients at the Fundación. Base on the theories of the Narrative therapy an in depth interview was applied, with which it was inquired, by means of conversational topics and guided questions, the process that has had taken place in hyppotherapy. It was found that due to Hyppotherapy there is a change present in the narratives of the parents, about their child, even thought it could not be inquired about the changes in the narratives over cerebral palsy.
