| dc.description.abstract | En el presente artículo aborda el tema de los derechos fundamentales desde una perspectiva crítica que pretende refutar la tesis fundante de la sociedad liberal sobre los mismos y sus aplicaciones prácticas. Pretende el artículo mostrar que otorgar derechos a ciertas comunidades puede resultar perjudicial desde el punto de vista de la homogeneización ante un medio cualquiera y como en ciertos momentos y tomando en cuenta que existe un grado de indeterminación en los derechos pueden estos ser moldeados para generar un sentido y alcance que parece responder a distintos intereses y no solo a la guarda de la dignidad humana. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present article undertakes the topic Fundamental Rights from a critic perspective that pretends to refute the founder theory of Liberal Society about the Fundamental Rights and the applications of them in a practical way. Pretends this article show that bring rights to certain communities can result harmful from the point of view of the informing to any environment and how in certain moments and taking in count that exist a point of indetermination in the nature of the rights these can be moulded to generate a meaning and reach that may respond to different interest and not only to protect the human dignity. | spa |
