dc.description.abstractEl presente escrito tiene como fin reflexionar sobre el régimen legal de la responsabilidad civil del transportador aéreo en el ámbito internacional,comparándolo con la legislación colombiana en sus fuentes originales. Para tales efectos, se tendrán en cuenta el Sistema de Varsovia (1929), el Convenio de Montreal (1999) y las normas del Código de Comercio colombiano (1971) aplicables al transporte aéreo nacional y al internacional no cobijado por lostratados internacionales. Este estudio comprenderá solamente la responsabilidad contractual que se regula en las normas señaladas.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article aims to describe the legal liability international regulation of air carriers, compared to Colombian regulation from their original legal source.This comparison will be based on the Warsaw System, the 1999 Montreal Convention, and the sections of the Colombian Commercial Code relatedwith local and foreign air transportation which are not regulated by internationaltreaties. It should be clarified that this analysis will cover only the contractual liability mentioned in the legal regimes listed up. eng
