| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este artículo es describir la frecuencia y la magnitud de la violencia social e intrafamiliar (contra la mujer) por su pareja bajo efectos del alcohol y las drogas y las implicaciones emocionales de estos comportamientos en la mujer. Los resultados obtenidos, mediante una entrevista estructurada y tres sesiones de grupos focales, reportaron un grupo de mujeres entre 15 y 35 años de edad, solas o con algún tipo de unión de pareja, nivel de escolaridad secundaria, amas de casa, y quienes trabajan devengaban menos de un salario mínimo. La violencia social afectó al 50% de las mujeres con muertes de familiares y amigos; desde su niñez y adolescencia el 90% había sido víctima de todo tipo de violencia durante un período de 3 a 12 años, y con mayor frecuencia se identificó violencia física o verbal/emocional. El mayor porcentaje de mujeres reconoció haber consumido alcohol y drogas (cannabis, cocaína, heroína e inhalables) alguna vez en la vida. La violencia contra la mujer fue infligida por su pareja en estado de ebriedad en el 100% de las mujeres y, en menor frecuencia, bajo el efecto de las drogas. Estos resultados apremian al equipo de salud para incrementar su acuciosidad en el reconocimiento de la violencia en toda instancia de interacción con mujeres y niños; así como el interés por desarrollar programas para prevenir la violencia, el consumo de alcohol y las drogas y por ofrecer intervenciones en beneficio de las personas habituadas a inflingir violencia intrafamiliar y consumir alcohol y drogas. ABSTRACTDescriptive study conducted with 30 women from the program Citizens Training and Preparation for Motherhood, developed by the Health Secretary in Bogotá and the School of Nursing at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. The objective was directed to describe the frequency and magnitude of social violence and intra-against-women by their partners under the influence of alcohol and drugs and emotional implications of such behavior in women. The results obtained through a structured three meetings and focus groups, reported a group of women between 15 and 35 years old, alone or with some kind of union of a couple, level of secondary schooling, housewives and those working earning less than minimun wage. Social violence has affected 50% of women with deaths of relatives and friends from his childhood and adolescence, 90% had been subjected to all kinds of violence over a period of 3 to 12 years, and are most often identified physical violence, verbal/emotional. The highest percentage of women admitted to having consumed alcohol and drug (cannabis, cocaine, inhalants and heroin) once in a lifetime. Violence against women by intimate partners was in a state of drunkenness in 100% of women and less often under influence of drugs. These results to urgent health team to increase their diligent in recognizing violence in any instance of interaction with women and children, as well as the interest in developing programs to prevent violence, alcohol and drugs, and ofter interventions for the benefit of people accustomed to violanting domestic violence and consuming alcohol and drugs. | spa |
