dc.description.abstractEn las últimas décadas, la migración proveniente de Venezuela implicó complejos retos para los Estados dentro y a través de los cuales esta se desarrollaba, al tiempo que revelaba la gravedad de algunas problemáticas de naturaleza nacional e internacional. En ese contexto, el presente artículo pretende abordar las condiciones de trabajo en las que se desenvuelven los migrantes venezolanos en Colombia, las principales amenazas a sus derechos laborales en el país, y las actuaciones que han sido puestas en marcha por parte del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos en la búsqueda de protección de los derechos al trabajo y de los migrantes venezolanos; entendiendo que la naturaleza de la problemática requiere soluciones coordinadas entre actores nacionales y transnacionales.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishIn recent decades, migration from Venezuela implied complex challenges for the States within and through which it developed, while revealing the seriousness of some problems of a national and international nature. In this context, this article aims to address the working conditions in which Venezuelan migrants work in Colombia, the main threats to their labor rights in the country, and the actions that have been implemented by the Inter-American System of Human Rights in the search for protection of the rights of Venezuelan migrants and their right to work, understanding that the nature of the problem requires coordinated solutions between national and transnational actors.spa
