dc.description.abstract	El presente artículo es un tejido de visiones de justicia, de derecho y de política; se dibuja como una guía para todo aquel que quiera aventurarse en el camino sin retorno de buscar un mejor mundo posible. Un camino que como se verá más adelante no es uno sino muchos, no lleva a La Verdad sino a muchas. El presente artículo es una búsqueda de lo supuestamente imposible e improbable, una búsqueda de lo inquieto y por lo tanto, de lo intranquilo. Este artículo no pretende revelar pues, La Verdad con la cual podamos llenar de tranquilidad nuestras vidas. Al contrario. Partiremos señalando la necesidad de transformación de nuestra realidad, a partir del entendimiento de la crisis cotidiana en la que estamos inmersos los colombianos, de manera tal que dilucidemos si es a través de la lucha por el derecho y por la justicia desde la democracia, que la acción política sea motor de transformación hacia una mejor realidad posible.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	This article is a weave of multiple visions of justice, law and politics; it is drawn as a guide for anyone who wants to venture into the path of no return to find a better possible world, through the understanding of the democracy. A road, as you will see below, that is not one but many, that does not lead to The Truth but to many. This article doesn’t pretend to reveal a truth that will fill our lives with quietness. It aims the opposite. It is a quest for what is supposed to be impossible and improbable. A search for what is restless, and therefore uneasy. We’ll start by pointing out the need to transform our reality, through the understanding of the everyday crisis in which we are immersed as colombians; thus determining if the struggle for law and justice from democracy, is the way to move the political action to a better possible reality.	spa
