| dc.description.abstract | La justicia restaurativa entendida como un mecanismo de solución de conflictos en el que participan activamente víctima, victimario y comunidad, constituye un mecanismo para materializar los fine del Acuerdo de paz firmado con las FARC-EP y así lograr una paz estable y duradera. El conflicto armado colombiano ha fragmentado al país y es por ello que se requiere acudir a nuevas formas de justicia que promuevan la reparación, reconciliación y resocialización, para así poder, verdaderamente, dejar la violencia atrás y dar un paso hacia la paz. Bajo este entendido, el Acuerdo de paz consagró la justicia restaurativa, y si bien su implementación deberá superar grandes retos, con la voluntad, el apoyo y el compromiso del país entero, Colombia podrá alcanzar el fin de la guerra. | spa |

Because the Colombian armed conflict has eroded the country, new forms that promote reparation, reconciliation and resocialization are needed in order to achieve long-lasting peace. It was on that basis, that the Peace Accord set forth restorative justice as its cornerstone; however, in order to materialize its purpose, the implementation of the agreement will certainly face many challenges. | spa |
