Resumen
El conflicto armado que ha padecido el país durante más de medio siglo, es muestra de que los problemas sociales son representación de un armazón de diferentes circunstancias que acrecientan factores de riesgo micro y macro sociales, que en efecto han desatado una fragmentación y reducción de los constructos sociales, modificando su dinámica y posibilidades de acción concertadas, así como la fragmentación de los puentes de comunicación que se entretejen entre los individuos. A partir de ello, en forma ejemplarizante y desde la resistencia ancestral, los pueblos indígenas en Colombia han logrado pervivir a las múltiples manifestaciones de violencia, convirtiéndose en importantes actores sociales y políticos, que aportan de manera significativa a los procesos de recuperación social con propuestas y acciones no violentas en torno al fortalecimiento y protección de sus culturas, el ejercicio de soberanía y el avance de un propósito político que permita cimentar las bases de un nuevo país. Así, el establecimiento de lógicas de análisis que denotan la incidencia que la No violencia como mecanismo empleado por el Consejo Regional Indígena del Cauca (CRIC) ejerce en la reconstrucción del tejido social desde la perspectiva de las nuevas relaciones comunitarias e institucionales emprendidas por la comunidad, ha logrado evidenciar el potencial y la importancia que posee la sociedad civil en el proceso de construcción de paz, así como la cimentación de bases sociales sólidas y reales que permitan demostrar las fortalezas de las culturas indígenas, para pervivir como pueblos y actores constructores y transformadores de nación y país.
Abstract
The armed conflict that has suffered the country during more than half a century, is a sample of which the social problems are a representation of a framework of different circumstances that increase factors of risk mike and macro social, that in effect have untied a fragmentation and reduction of the social constructs, modifying his dynamics and compound possibilities of action, as well as the fragmentation of the bridges of communication that are interwoven between the individuals. From it, in exemplary form and from the ancient resistance, the indigenous peoples in Colombia have managed pervivir to the multiple manifestations of violence, turning into important social and political actors, that they reach in a significant way to the processes of social recovery with offers and actions you do not force concerning the strengthening and protection of his cultures, the exercise of sovereignty and the advance of a political intention that allows to establish the bases of a new country. This way, the establishment of logics of analyses that denote the incident that Not violence like mechanism used by the Consejo Regional Indigena del Cauca (CRIC) exercises in the reconstruction of the social fabric from the perspective of the new community and institutional relations undertaken by the community, has managed to demonstrate the potential and the importance that possesses the civil society in the process of construction of peace, as well as the foundation of social solid and royal bases that allow to demonstrate the strengths of the indigenous cultures, for survive as peoples and construction actors and transformers of nation and country.
