Edificio-Ciudad, emerges as a proposal towards a more inclusive architecture and
collective, weaving the blocks that are currently affected in one of the subsectors of the
locality (Between 13th and 9th streets and 18th and Caracas) being affected by the
limits and urban and social edges in which is immersed in this sector; Besides that, the
Edificio-Ciudad seeks to replace the housing needs of different categories (permanent
and temporary), space public and collective, equipment for the community and public
service, to achieve a better balance of land uses and in the same way, the integration
of different population profiles that are permanent and floating in the sector.
