Colectivo de mujeres "Una y muchas razones" : resistencias femeninas desde el contexto escolar

Dentro del Liceo Parroquial San José se evidencia la existencia de prácticas disciplinares, así como de componentes del régimen escolar de género, las cuales son impuestas por la institución a las y los estudiantes con el ánimo de direccionar sus cuerpos a través códigos de vestido y lenguaje, los espacios en los que se desenvuelven y las actividades que desarrollan en espacios vigilados. Debido a ello, a lo largo del año 2021 y 2022 un grupo de estudiantes mujeres, en su mayoría de los grados superiores, deciden agenciarse por medio de un colectivo tomando postura frente a temas y prácticas escolares que las afectan, han deteriorado su autoestima y el autorreconocimiento de sus cuerpos. De este modo resulta importante analizar y comprender sus resistencias para así identificar el impacto que tuvieron las mismas en las relaciones de las estudiantes consigo mismas, dentro del colectivo y al interior del colegio. Lo anterior a partir de un análisis de las evidencias, voces y experiencias de las estudiantes, de nosotro/as como investigadoras, docentes y miembros del colectivo. Así mismo, la investigación espera generar espacios de reflexión para los docentes en los que se cuestione e interpele su quehacer, y cómo estos entienden la disciplina y sus prácticas de oposición.

Abstrakt

Within the Liceo Parroquial San José there is evidence of the existence of disciplinary practices and as well as components of the school gender regime, which are imposed by the institution on the students with the aim of controlling their bodies through systems of symbols such as dress and language codes, the spaces in which they develop and the activities they carry out through monitoring. Because of this, a group of female students, mostly in the upper grades, decide to take a stand against these issues that affect them through a collective, which have dented their self-esteem and self-recognition of their bodies. Thus, it is interesting to analyze and understand these efforts in order to identify the importance they had on the students' relationships with themselves, within the collective, and within the school. This is based on rigorous analysis of the evidence, voices, and experiences of the students, and from us as researchers, teachers, and members of the collective, taking into consideration their pertinence and relevance to the research question and objectives. Likewise, the research hopes to generate spaces for reflection for teachers in which their work is questioned and challenged, hoping that in the future the school and its practices.
