| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo el autor se refiere a la forma como varios códigospertenecientes al sistema romano germánico contemplan la obligacióndel vendedor de transmitir al comprador el derecho de dominio sobrela cosa vendida, en contraposición a aquellos que asumen que latransferencia del dominio es un efecto directo e inmediato del contratode compraventa.En la segunda parte analiza el sentido de esta obligación en el derechocolombiano, tanto en el Código Civil como en el Código de Comercioy en la Convención de Naciones Unidas para los contratos decompraventa internacional de mercaderías, adoptada en Colombia pormedio de la Ley 518 de 1999. | spa |
