dc.description.abstractEste artículo es resultado del proyecto de investigación Convención sobre losDerechos de las Personas con Discapacidad, un nuevo paradigma de protección,el cual hace un análisis de esta Convención, desde cuatro perspectivas, queconsideramos las más relevantes como punto de partida de este instrumentointernacional en el ámbito de Naciones Unidas.
