| dc.description.abstract | El Reglamento 1347/2000 supuso la primera regulación procesal comunitaria en materia de demandas de separación judicial, divorcio y nulidad del matrimonio. El creciente número de matrimonios mixtos, y el consecuente aumento de separaciones internacionales, ha fomentado la importancia intrínseca del Reglamento 1347/2000. El aspecto más relevante, y el más polémico, en el estudio de dicha norma es su ámbito de aplicación. | spa |

The increasing number of mixed marriages, and the consistent increase of international separations, has fomented the intrinsic importance of the Regulation.
