| dc.description.abstract | Ninguna economía es autosuficiente, de aquí que la firma de tratados comerciales internacionales sea una necesidad impostergable. Al mismo tiempo, en la implementación de la ciencia de la escasez no hay decisiones técnicas, éstas son de carácter político y conllevan un hondo talante ético. En medio de todo este marco de gran complejidad se halla en curso el proceso de consolidación del Tratado de Libre Comercio, TLC, entre los Estados Unidos de América y el grupo de Colombia, Perú y Ecuador.
