| dc.description.abstract | La propiedad se nos presenta como un haz de poderes directos sobre un bien.Al lado del modelo de propiedad clásica u ortodoxa consagrado en nuestranormativa (C. C., arts. 669 y ss.), se pueden reconocer algunas propiedadesespeciales. En este ensayo, hablaremos del dominio estatal, conformado por undominio público y privado. Entre sus particularidades podemos aclarar que sutitular es una entidad estatal; su ejercicio debe consultar los fines esenciales delEstado; sus características son impuestas por ministerio de la ley, incluso, comoregla general, su reconocimiento mismo.
