dc.description.abstract	Un tumor fibroso solitario (TFS) es una neoplasia mesenquimatosa de células fusiformes, descrita inicialmente en la pleura. La Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) clasifica al tumor fibroso solitario como una neoplasia con potencial biológico intermedio. Las imágenes diagnósticas son fundamentales para el abordaje diagnóstico y terapéutico en esta entidad. El tratamiento estándar para este tipo de lesiones es la resección quirúrgica con márgenes oncológicos mayores de 1 cm. Los tumores fibrosos solitarios localizados en las regiones perianal, perineal y pélvica son poco frecuentes y representan un desafío en el abordaje clínico, principalmente porque las manifestaciones son inespecíficas. Dada la baja incidencia de este tipo de neoplasias, presentamos dos casos de TFS en la región perianal manejados en un hospital de alta complejidad.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	A solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) is a mesenchymal neoplasm of spindle cells, initially described in the pleura. The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies the solitary fibrous tumor as a neoplasm with intermediate biological potential. Diagnostic images are essential for the diagnostic and therapeutic approach in this entity. The standard of treatment for this type of lesion is surgical resection with oncological margins larger than 1 cm. The solitary fibrous tumors located in the perianal, perineal, and pelvic regions are infrequent and represent a challenge in the clinical approach, mainly because the manifestations are nonspecific. Given the low incidence of this type of neoplasm, we present two cases of SFT in the perianal region managed in a high-complexity hospital.	spa
