| dc.description.abstract | Un hombre de 53 años de edad, con antecedente de trastorno esquizoafectivo, consultó por astenia y adinamia. Se le diagnosticó una crisis depresiva y se le hospitalizó en una unidad de salud mental. En el examen médico se encontró malnutrición, anemia ferropénica e hipovitaminosis B12. En el paciente con enfermedad mental severa es necesario superar el estigma de enfermedad mental y ofrecer servicios médicos integrales de calidad. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | A 53-year-old patient with previous history of schizoid-affective disorder consulted for asthenia and adynamia, was diagnosed as depressive crisis and was hospitalized in an acute mental health unit. Malnutrition, ferropenic anemia and hypovitaminosis B12 were noticed. The approach to the patient with severe mental disorder must be free of the stigma related to the mental illness in order to offer integral and optimal health care services. | spa |
