| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo tiene como propósito, proporcionar al mercado asegurador, información necesaria para la comprensión de la póliza y la gestión del reclamo. Por ese motivo no es abundante en información teórica sino más bien, información obtenida de la experiencia, que se espera sea de utilidad práctica. Frente al estudio detallado del Seguro de Fidelidad de Empleados en la legislación boliviana y de las distintas perspectivas de éste en el derecho comparado, se puede ratificar la importancia y utilidad de esta cobertura como una manera de ofrecer a los empresarios la tranquilidad necesaria para el desarrollo de sus actividades propias, y que pueden verse gravemente afectadas por actos deshonestos de sus empleados. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present manuscript has the purpose of providing the insurance market with information needed to understand the insurance policy and corresponding claims. Therefore there is not much theoretical information but rather information obtained from practical experience which is sought to be useful. As to the detailed study of the employees’ fidelity insurance in the Bolivian legislation and of its different perspectives in comparative law, the importance and usefulness of this coverage can be ratified as a form in which entrepreneurs are assured that their own activities which may be gravely affected by dishonest actions of their employees can continue without irruption. | eng |
