| dc.description.abstract | La industria vitivinícola ha sido en Mendoza la base de la economía regional y sello inequívoco de su identidad, generandouna verdadera cultura en torno al cultivo de la vid y a la producción del vino. En este marco surge un elementoemblemático como la bodega, el sitio donde se elabora el vino, que no es un objeto aislado sino que forma partede un sistema mayor junto con los viñedos. Este trabajo aborda el tema del patrimonio industrial desde diversosángulos: el histórico, caracterizando los conjuntos vitivinícolas de cada período y analizando el reciente auge delenoturismo; el historiográfico, presentando estudios representativos sobre el tema; y, finalmente, el de la gestión,analizando los programas y actividades que tanto instituciones del Estado como privadas desarrollan para poneren valor los bienes tangibles e intangibles del patrimonio del vino. | spa |

One importantsymbolic element is the wine cellar, the place where the wine is produced, which is not an isolated object but part ofa larger system together with the vineyards. This paper deals with the issue of industrial heritage from various perspectives:the historical, characterizing the wineries of each period and analyzing the recent boom in wine tourism;the historiography, introducing representative studies on the subject, and finally, the management, analyzing programsand activities that both government and private institutions develop to confer value to both the tangible andintangible heritage of wine. | eng |
