| dc.description.abstract | Los responsables de la salud pública, al igual que los de otros campos de la medicina, necesitan la evidencia para tomar decisiones sobre las políticas de los nuevos sistemas de salud a fin de hacer frente acertadamente a los problemas que van surgiendo. La promoción de la salud no está exenta de esto y a pesar delas dificultades y precocidad en sus intentos ya se ha puesto sobre la mesa la preocupación de obtenerla y cómo hacerlo.
